In short, a notorious mercenary who fought in many wars, as well as performed assassinations, anti-pirate operations and bodyguard work. His incredible strength, intelligence and ferocity have made him a legend often called 'Africa's Strongest Lifeform.'
He was hired to fight in the Kengan Annihilation Tournament, a Japanese underground martial arts match sponsored by the most influential businesses in Japan and did very well for himself in the process.
Personality:
A genuinely friendly and playful man, Muteba is always ready with a smile and a joke in even the direst of circumstances. He's always overflowing with confidence and at ease, be that when relaxing or on the battlefield. Muteba enjoys the finer things in life, being a self-described dandy who spends huge amounts of money on fancy clothing, as well as expensive holidays to elite locations. He has an insatiable sexual appetite and doesn't repress his desires.
He also enjoys manhunts and killing hundreds of men in a night, but he is no mass murderer. He kills as a job and doesn't see any problem with that nor with enjoying it. He's quite clear that he's a mercenary that fights for money, not a maniac who kills for pleasure or a warrior that fights for honour. He feels insulted when compared to an insane serial killer, and considers killing the man he was equated to as putting down an animal.
A highly intelligent man, he's analytical and logical. Muteba adapts quickly to new situations and even losing his eyesight didn't stop him from being one of the deadliest men alive. He has little sense of honour or warrior spirit- he weighs up pros and cons, risk and reward and only then makes his decisions based on reasoning.
He's nicer than he looks and has a sense of fair play... outside of fighting, where everything goes. He does, however, believe that those without power (be that strength, money or political position) should know their place and not challenge those they cannot defeat.

Muteba is an extremely dangerous hand to hand combatant.
Though he is a master of many weapons, he often chooses to go onto the battlefield in nothing but a speedo and use his bare hands.
Muteba lost his vision in a battle some years ago and adapted extremely advanced other senses in its place. He is able to echo-locate, track positions by smell and possesses a sense of touch that lets him analyse his surroundings deeply. He retained these improved senses even when he had cyborg eyes implanted, which allow him 5 types of vision. Only 2 of those types has been confirmed- vibration sensation and thermal vision. I headcanon the other 3 as normal vision, night vision and UV.
